I grew up in both, but I had to pick one…

Probably the beach, without all the noise people make. When I see the endless horizon beyond the shoreline, where the sky and ocean meet, I become mesmerized. It makes me remember just how much bigger the world is than me. It’s a similar feeling when I see those lofty peaks piercing the skyline.

I took this while in Peru.

Utterly sublime…

I don’t. I tend to multitask on top of it.

It’s a bit strange, but I’m staring at a screen most of the day, whether playing video games or writing. The only times I leave the screen are to eat, go to the gym, or do other miscellaneous activities. But I tend to do multiple things while at the screen. It keeps me focused, strangely enough. That said, go outside and touch some grass every now and then.

In my heart, I am a child… or so I think.

As I grow older, I find it difficult to remain attached to the things I used to love as a child. Now, many of those things don’t interest me as much as they used to. I still indulge in them, but with a much more structured perspective. And if there’s one thing I learned as an adult is to remain curious and adventureous. Cause new things happen every day and we must engage with them as a child would do… joyful and eager to learn.
